The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the attack on a U.S. and Kenyan military base in Lamu, northern Kenya.

In a statement on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism, whatever the motives and reasons.
