The State of Qatar expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted a military base west of the Somali capital Mogadishu, and led to deaths.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates the firm stance of the State of Qatar on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and reasons.
The ministry expresses the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Somalia.
