The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the killing of two prosecutors and injuring of two others in an armed attack in the Afghan capital Kabul.

In a statement on Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance towards rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and causes.

The ministry expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
