The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosion that targeted the police in Afghanistan's western Farah province and led to the deaths and injuries of civilians.

In a statement on Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and causes.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of victims and the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
