The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the car bombing which targeted a government center in the Somali capital Mogadishu, causing deaths and injuries.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the victims' families, the government and people of Somalia, wishing the wounded a quick recovery.
