The State of Qatar has voiced its strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosive device blast which took place near a school in the city of Fallujah in Anbar governorate in western Iraq, killing five children.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the firm position of the State of Qatar on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Iraq.
