The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack in Anbar province western Iraq, which led to the death of nine people.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons

The statement affirmed Qatar's full solidarity with the Iraqi government and its support for all measures taken to maintain security.

The statement expressed condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims and to the Government and people of Iraq.
