PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs Discusses Strategic Ties with Chinese Premier

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani on Monday met HE Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang in Beijing for talks on strengthening strategic ties between the two nations.

The talks focused on expanding cooperation in the economy, investment, trade, energy and technology, as well as boosting existing partnerships in areas of mutual interest. 
The two sides also discussed key regional developments.
HE Sheikh Mohammed said the State of Qatar was keen to elevate its relations with China to broader horizons and further advance cooperation in line with the shared goals and interests of the two countries and their peoples.
