Complete Attestation Outside Qatar
This service aims to grant legal validity to documents issued by foreign countries (educational, personal status, judicial, etc.) that require the completion of attestation procedures abroad. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends these documents to the Qatari mission in the relevant country for attestation by the mission, or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the host country if they have not already been authenticated. The documents are then attested by the Qatari mission for use within the State of Qatar. Afterward, they are returned to be officially approved and recognized inside Qatar.
This service covers all documents issued outside the country.
Eligibility Requirements
For educational certificates, it is required that the university degree to be attested is issued by an accredited and recognised university included in the list of accredited universities by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
Fees:
- 150 Qatari Riyals (Attestation Completion Fee).
- Equivalent to 120 Qatari Riyals (Fee for the Qatari Mission in the host country).
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the host country fees (as per each country).
