HRH Brunei Darussalam's Crown Prince and Senior Minister at The Prime Minister's Office, Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah, met here on Thursday with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Brunei Darussalam Jassim bin Ali Al Obaidly.

Qatar has deposited with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) the original copy of the State of Qatar's instrument of accession to the 1988 Protocol for the 1966 International Convention on Load Lines in preparation for the entry into force of the Convention for the State of Qatar.

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met on Tuesday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad at the Republic of The Gambia Mamadou Tangara, who is currently visiting the country.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Sudan Eldirdiri Mohamed Ahmed met today with HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Republic of the Sudan Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Kubaisi.

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani praised the cooperation between the State of Qatar and the African Union in repatriating the irregular migrants in Libya back to their countries and reintegrating them in their communities, in line with the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to launch a special fund to cover the costs of returning the migrants back to their original countries.
