HE President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel, received today the credentials of HE Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Derbasti, Ambassador Extraordinary Commissioner of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Cuba.

HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the President of the Republic of Cuba, and the wishes of His Highness to his Excellency with good health and happiness, and to the government and people of Cuba progress and prosperity.

For his part, HE the President of the Republic of Cuba, conveyed HE the Ambassador of the State of Qatar his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness, and to the State of Qatar continued progress, development and prosperity.

His Excellency also wished the success of HE Ambassador in performing his duties, assuring him of providing all support to upgrade the bilateral relations between the two countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
