In his speech on the occasion of the signing of the pre-negotiation agreement, HE Dr. Al Qahtani expressed Qatar's appreciation to the regional and international efforts, the international partners and the parties to the agreement for reaching this agreement and for their flexibility to overcome many challenges, hoping that all parties will show the same positive spirit during the upcoming negotiations in Doha in order to complete peace process.
