Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Secretary General Meets Slovenian Officials

HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al-Hammadi met with HE State Secretary in the office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia Roman Kirn, where they discussed relations between the two friendly countries and ways of developing them in various political and economic fields, in addition to a number of issues of common concern.

During his current visit to Slovenia, HE Dr. Al Hammadi also met with HE Secretary General of Slovenia Ministry of Foreign Affairs Damjan Bergant to discuss relations between the two friendly countries and means of boosting them and enhancing the prospects of cooperation in various political and economic fields, as well as a number of issues of common interest .

Discussions also dealt with activities of the Slovenian Organization for the Promotion of Human Security (ITF), as well as its achievements in mine action, capacity-building, training and regional cooperation, and the enhancement of safety and sustainable development measures in areas affected by armed conflict.

HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also met with HE Mayor of Ljubljana city Zoran Jankovic and discussed with him bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways of developing them, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.
