Rome/ 26 May 2014/ HE Qatari Ambassador to Italy Abdullah bin Eid Al-Sulaiti presented Monday his credentials to the Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) Ertharin Cousin as a Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to WFP in Rome. HE Ms. Ertharin Cousin expressed her deep gratitude and pleasure over relations of cooperation between Qatar and WFP . She praised the significant role played by the State of Qatar in WFP's programs and activities . For his part, HE Al-Sulaiti stressed the importance of developing prospects of ties of cooperation between WFP and Qatar and formulating cooperation programmes through workshops to contributes to the development of national capacity in the country various specialties.
