HE Russian Presidential Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received a copy of the credentials of HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Thani as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation.
