HE Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson of the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater held on Thursday via phone a conversation with HE Secretary-General of the European External Action Service Helga Schmid.

During the call, they discussed various challenges and developments in the region and ways of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the European Union to address these challenges.

The two parties also discussed international efforts to combat the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

HE Helga Schmid thanked the State of Qatar for its constructive efforts to combat this epidemic and its role in evacuating European nationals.
